Login to your account through the Login link in the top menu or by clicking here.

Go to the Fan Forum by clicking the FanZone link in the top menu, then clicking the Fan Forum link.

Click on the My Profile link (at the top of the Forum).

Click on the My Avatar link on the left side.

Use the form to upload an avatar or choose one from the Gallery.
